soo.. my sister gave me this idea to start a challenge.
It's basically just to build a healthy lifestyle.
I've realized that a lot of these are REALLY TOUGH!
But I can..I can..I can.
I've noticed out of just the two days I've been doing it that
I really AM HAPPY.
this makes me happy.
some of them are SUPER hard though.
anywhoo..
the points are as follows:
drink 48 oz water each day
45 minutes of exercise
no eating after 8pm (I switched it to 10 :) I don't have a normal lifestyle!)
no sweets
no soda
no fast food or unhealthy snacks
consume 2 servings fruit and 2 servings veggies (the veggies part is also hard for me).
read 15 minutes of spiritual or uplifting text
write in your journal
and a personal goal.
It's a 90-day challenge, and I'm sorta regretting doing it over the holidays.
but yes...i'm doin it!!
and i'm excited.
