recently,

i've seen a little less than a dozen

lives destroyed, darkened,

&& completely had their spirits disintegrate into pieces.

i've watched men & women's lives

be crushed

relationships shattered.

&& hope.. dwindled down to almost nothing.

what is the struggle you ask?

pornography.

& a lock on affections,

remember that the only real control in life is self-control."

it's been reported that 70% of 18-24 year old men visit

pornographic sites in a typical month.

66% of men in their 20s and 30s also report being

regular users of pornography.

it seems like i talk to someone

struggling with pornography daily.

&& i'm starting to think it's probably about

every other person i ever meet.

it breaks my heart.

i just wish everyone knew

that they can get help.
