Day 8

Short term goals for this month:

-give somebody a compliment every day.

-impact somebody's life by my passion for helping people out.

-exercise three times a week.

-eat healthier and not just junk snacks.

-read my scriptures & pray every single night.

  1. goals are such a good thing to have, i realized that when i did that wellness challenge. it seems to make your days better i think. and it's amazing what a difference reading the scriptures can make in your day.

    i hope the halloween witch comes to my house and steals all the halloween candy while we are out of town, there is like 6 gallon size bags of the stuff and i can't stay away. AAAAAHHHHH!
